QVC ITEM V35794 Secur 7-in-1 Car Charger with Power Bank and Auto-Find Parked Car Locator

Identified on item as SECUR ITEM SP-4003AF

May 2019 - Maverick Industries, Inc., Secur Products division is voluntarily recalling this product. The battery can overheat and ignite during charging posing a fire and burn risk to consumers.

This item was sold only on QVC through TV on-air sales Dec 5 2018, and subsequent sales on the QVC website.  Only this model identified as “SP-4003AF” on the product label is affected by the recall.  There are four colors of this product, all black with a color band, each with own UPC:

851275005562 blue (pictured)
851275005609 purple
851275005579 red
